Runaway Bay I

The Runaway Bay I community consists of 90 lots located on the western side of Ocean Highway in Ocean City, Maryland.

The community includes 30 internal lots intermixed with two tennis courts and an outdoor swimming pool surrounded by 60 waterfront lots bordering the Isle of Wight Bay just off 32nd street.
